Field Sales ExecutivesGuildford, Surrey£25,000 With £5000 Car AllowanceUncapped Comms - Realistic 1st year OTE of £37,500Immediately Available StartAn award winning and top rated eye care specialist who have recently undergone investment are looking to recruit a proven Field Sales Executive for their eye hospital located in Guildford, Surrey. They partner with NHS Trusts, GP clinics and opticians toprovide the latest technology and treatments for laser, lens and cataract. Owing to their investment and ambition, we are actively looking to bring in a proven Field Sales Executives.This is an exciting new role that can offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus car allowance of £5,000 P/A and the opportunity to earn high levels of uncapped commission and realistic On Target Earnings. This is a field based role that can offer total flexibility in how you perform the duties of the role as wellas regular salary reviews and uplift and additional perks and bonusesThe objective of this role will be to build partnerships with prospective clients through proactive business development methods and techniques. You will have full control in the role to close all your own opportunities and account, manage your clients forrepeat business and to grow your accounts.We are looking for a Field Sales Executive. Ideally you will have experience of selling a service in a field based sales role, although experience of selling products in a field sales role is also suitable if you are capable to transfer your skills.Benefits Of The Role

  • Salary- A competitive basic salary of £25,000.
  • Carallowance- A car allowance of £5000 per year

About You
  • Experience -Ideally you will have 2+years in a Field Sales role.
  • Sector - Preferably you will have solda service into the medical or optometry sector,however, all experience within field sales across any industry or sector will be considered. Candidateswith experience of selling in the FMCG sector would also be suitable
  • Skills -You must have an ability and desire to sellwith excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong commercial awareness and a confident and determined approach
  • Personality -Ideally you will be driven with high energy and a willingness to be successful as well as the ability to workindependently
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Build- Your objective is to build a large referral base of patients
  • Target- You will strategically identify and target potential partners
  • Visit- You will visit clients on a regular, ongoing basis.
  • Call- You will use the phone to call and thenbook visits with target clients
  • Present-You will pitch face to face with clients to sign them up
  • Manage-You will have control and manage your own pipeline
  • Signup- You will sign up referral partners such as opticians, GPS clinics, surgeries and referral centres.
  • Relationshipbuilding- Account managing your client base to develop relationships and obtain more referrals
  • Targets- Consistently achieving set targets and KPIs
  • Customer service- You will be the ultimate point of contact for your established client base and will be responsible for handling customer service enquiries and issues.
