Workstream Lead – multiple rolesBand 8aHours Per Week: 37.5Job Type: Fixed term/Secondment for 18 months with the possibility of extensionJoin us as we begin our journey to transform the way we deliver clinical careBackgroundAshford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust have a number of exciting opportunities to be part of a dynamic team that will implement the Trusts’ new Integrated Clinical Care System (ICCS).The ICCS, incorporating Cerner Millennium Patient Record will enable clinical staff and other authorised users to share data and streamline their processes across the entire organisation and trust boundaries. This is part of a high-profile transformational Programme.This will be an integrated and interoperable system providing a connected experience with access to up-to-date and real time information about our patients, complete with decision-support tools for clinicians.About the roleThe Workstream Lead is key to the successful implementation of this system and will have responsibility for the management and delivery of their allocated workstream or Cerner module.You will manage and lead on the design and localisation of specific business change activities, undertaking end to end planning, management and delivery of allocated Cerner Millennium Module(s) across Trusts. You will also manage a team of Change Partners based across multiple Trusts and sites.What are we looking forYou should have strong project and change management skills relating to the introduction of clinical systems within a complex sensitive environment.
