ePR Data Quality OfficerBand 3Job Type: Fixed term or Secondment until 31st December 2021Join us as we begin our journey to transform the way we deliver clinical careBackgroundAshford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Chertsey in collaboration with the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, Guildford is offering an exciting opportunity.This is part of a transformational high-profile Programme to implement the Trusts’ new Integrated Clinical Care System (ICCS). The programme may also require you to work across additional sites within the Surrey Heartlands.The ICCS, incorporating Cerner Millennium Patient Record will enable clinical staff and other authorised users to share data and streamline processes across the entire organisation and across trust boundaries. It will be fully integrated and interoperable, allowing for a connected patient experience and providing access to up-to-date, real time patient information, complete with decision-support tools for clinicians.About the roleThe post holder will support the Data Quality Team in ensuring patient demographics and information is of the highest standards and are correctly recorded onto the Clinical systems (PAS) in accordance to Trust objectives and policies. They will collate accurate data for the successful ePR Data Migration from Legacy systems to a new ePR.Interested Would you like an exciting opportunity to make a change to lives of the people in Surrey.   • The service we provide is vital to the Trust and its Surrey Safe Care (ePR) programme and as such we are looking for reliable, conscientious and hardworking individuals.
  • Attention to detail, a positive attitude and sensitivity to handle patient data and follow the Data Protection Act guidelines are core to the role.
  • Numerical proficiency and basic/intermediary Excel skills are an essential requirement.
  • Although not essential the knowledge of the NHS and a brief understanding of the NHS’s processes is desirable.
