Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Digital Innovation Analyst to get involved in supporting the identification and delivery of market leading claims digital propositions, making sure our client is aligned to the needs of the end policyholders, intermediariesor internal claim staff. The Digital Innovation Analyst will assist in the design and take a lead role in the progression of enhanced customer journeys, particularly through digital strategies, channels, and assets.Key Responsibilities for the Digital Innovation Analyst

  • Support the development of digital and non-digital claims change strategies across defined lines of business.
  • Development of appropriate cross functional relationships, assisting in the identification and prioritisation of customer journey process improvements across claims.
  • Support a robust Proof of Concept (PoC) programme, gaining new insights from improvements in critical claim touchpoints (digital and non-digital), often requiring a direct interface into external suppliers.
  • Assist in the development of robust financial business cases to support the defined digital and non-digital propositional enhancements.
  • Identification, collection and analysis of appropriate data points to ensure change activities and PoCs are successful in delivering expected benefits.
  • Channel appropriate information on our claims change achievements into internal communication forums, ensuring wider business knowledge share and the identification of candidates for external communication.
  • Continually appraise market trends and developments in modern claims management and the digital space.
  • Ensure all relevant propositional activities are coordinated appropriately with governing functions such as Risk and Regulation, Procurement, Legal, Information Security and Finance.
  • Liaise closely with claims continual improvement team/forum to identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction and take subsequent ownership for appropriate claim proposition enhancements.
Key Experience for the Digital Innovation Analyst
  • Experience with identifying new digital technologies.
  • Experience in the strategic development and implementation of change programmes (digital and non-digital)
  • Experience in data collection and analysis
