    • ABOUT THE HOME:Well established Nursing Dementia and Palliative Care Home based in Guildford, Surrey (GU3) seek bright and kindCare Assistants for Days or Nightsshifts, no experience is necessary, however you should have a desire and passion to work with vulnerable people needing quality care and attention.The home is a beautiful manor house and is surrounded by 2.5 acres of outstanding natural beauty and conservation, and is just a short distance away from Guildford Town Centre. Nearby, youll also find several local attractions - including Guildford Cathedral, Bird World, Guildford Museum and Guildford House Gallery.The home offers a range of wellbeing and entertainment facilities including a hairdressing/manicure salon, a choice of lounges (including a reminiscence quiet lounge), freshly prepared home-cooked meals, individually tailored outings and a safe & secure terrace that overlooks well-maintained grounds.ABOUT THE ROLE:The job involves providing quality help and support with social and Personal Care & Hygiene,as well as supporting elderly service users, who have Cancer, suffered a Stroke, Dementia and Physical Disabilities,Experience is preferred however, If you are caring person, and you have the right attitude and aptitude to be able to provide quality personal care and hygiene to these residents then we would love to hear from you.If you have Care experience or Personal experience with the following Dementia Care, with a close family member, this would be desirable, although not essential.
