Your Company:The team at NET Recruit are supporting a services company, located in the Guildford area, on their search for a Client Succes Professional to join their expanding team. With years of success behind them, and more predicted in the coming year, this businessis looking to expand its client facing team in order to keep delivering the exceptional level of customer service that they have built up the reputation for providing in support of their fantastic product/service, which is transforming many businesses withintheir target sector.Within this role, the position holder will be supporting the ongoing client services that this company provide, assisting clients within utilising and exploring the service and troubleshooting problems as they arise. The role will rely on fantastic customerservice skills, and the position holder will be one of the faces of the business.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring that these are favourable to the business* Acting as a key point of contact for any queries raised by clients, supporting on the finding and implementation of resolutions* Support the onboarding of new clients* Build a strong knowledge of the service and systems in order to support client understanding, providing training to clients, when necessary, via video call or face to face* Identify potential business development opportunities through the rapport with clients and relay these to the Business Development TeamWhat you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience that is relevant to client relationship, account management or customer service. You would have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Good IT skills would be valuableas well as the ability to learn and comprehend a new computer system, as this will be at the centre of the role. You should also be a good problem solver and also be able to work cohesively and extremely well as part of a team.What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate a starting salary of around £27,000 depending on previous experience is available which will accompany a package that also includes a competitive holiday provision.
