Job Description

Whether you have experience in Land-based industries, floristry or woodland/artisan crafts and are looking for extra hours, or a qualified teacher in Arboriculture / Animal Management / Countryside Management, why not consider showcasing your skills by becoming a role model to adults learners who share a similar passion and have a desire to develop or enhance their skills within a subject area they love.We are currently looking for teachers to join our learning for leisure team. We have various short-term courses available that acquire teachers from a creative background to deliver courses within Horticulture, Landscaping, Countryside Management, Floristry, Arboriculture or Animal Management across the Surrey area.What do you need to be successful in this roleIdeally, you will hold a teachers qualification or have experience of teaching adults within an education setting. You will have extensive knowledge of the subject area and can engage and interact with students to ensure they are set up to succeed their end goals. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be outstanding and will support your ability to deliver interesting and purposeful lessons to a diverse range of learners.When submitting your application for this post, in the cover letter/personal statement section of the application form please provide specific information on preferred subjects that you wish to teach.
