Job Description

Our Niche client is a leading online retailer renowned for its high-quality products, great customer service and a dynamic and diverse team.This is a newly created Brand Manager role which will be key in helping our client drive their brand message on existing platforms and customer touchpoints and build greater awareness of the brand and our purpose.The new Brand Manager will play a vital role in execution and management of this exciting project so confidence to lead and inspire a team and contribute to putting new procedures in place is essential!Key Responsibilities

  • Own the brand strategy ensuring brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition are executed mindful of both short-term and long-term ambitions.
  • Manage the brand execution across all touchpoints from website to product packaging, customer service and communication activity.
  • Oversee the budget for marketing (Content, Advertising)
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis and ensuring all key stakeholders understand the customer
  • Develop Brand Campaigns to help build brand awareness across multiple media both Online and Offline.
  • Develop and execute quarterly seasonal Marketing plans.
  • Building plan for Brand led activity that helps position/reinforce the brand in its desired position for B2C and B2B.
  • Communicate quarterly Brand activity to internal stakeholders
  • Develop strategies in partnership with the Content & PR Manager for PR, Owned Social, Partnerships, Influencers for B2C and B2B
  • Helping develop a brand affinity and strong retention rate.
  • Develop methodology, KPIs and monitor Brand awareness and Customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Buying and Merchandising to identify opportunities and develop products that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers ensuring brand enhancing USPs are top of mind.
Essential
  • Experience in developing, managing and executing Brand Strategies
  • An ability to communicate brand position to key stakeholders supported by recommendations on business execution Experience of managing a team and developing strategies and plans for them to execute.
  • Experience of working in a retail environment, ideally e-Commerce
Desirable
  • Educated to degree level
  • Further Marketing qualifications
