The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, Guildford in collaboration with Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Chertseyisoffering anexciting opportunity. This is part of a transformational high-profile Programme to implement the Trusts’new Integrated Clinical Care System(ICCS). The programme may also require you to work across additional sites within the Surrey Heartlands.The ICCS, incorporating Cerner Millennium Patient Record will enable clinical staff and other authorised users to share data and streamline processes across the entire organisation and across trust boundaries. It will be fully integrated and interoperable, allowing for a connected patient experience and providing access to up-to-date, real time patient information, complete with decision-support tools for clinicians.Youwill workas part oftheePRProgrammeManagement Officeand provide support forthe delivery of theePRProgramme.Youwillact as thecentral point of contact providinginformation regarding the planning and progress of Projects within the ePR Programme, and projects where IT are providing support to the Trust’s wider Transformation Programme.InterestedWith specificePRexperience.You should be educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience and hold a project management qualification or haveequivalentproject management experience.You will have significant administrative experience including initiating and maintaining office systems,minute taking and managing variousProgrammeLogs.Youshouldbe anadvanced user of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisherand have proven experience of producing analytical reports using quantitative and qualitative data analysis.The trust offers many opportunities for continuous professional development and hasa well developed Flexible Working practices.A standard DBS check is required for the roleandsome evening and weekend workwill berequired to meet deadlines, so flexibility with regardto working hours isessential.For further details; please refer to the attached job description and person specification; as any short-listed applicants will be selected and interviewed against these criteria.If you wish to discuss the role informally,pleasecontact Sandra.nixey@NHS>net HRBP
