Activate Learning are currently seeking an experienced Arboriculture specialist to join our existing team of teachers/vocational trainers within our land-based provision based at Merrist Wood College.You will be responsible to teacher, co-ordinate and deliver effective Arborist lessons to a diverse group of learners attending full time, part time and short courses. Along with your flexible approach to deliver innovative lessons, managing caseload, collating information and research to ensure you are delivering purposeful and constructive lessons consistently, you will also be require to liaise with internal partners, external organisations to ensure we are meeting needs of our students at all times.This post is part time (15 hours per week) fixed term contract (maternity cover) until November 2021.About you and what do you need to be successful The successful candidates will have an appropriate professional/vocational qualification at level 4 or significant industry experience and holds NPTC qualifications including CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39.In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
