Job Description

*** Administrator **IMMEDIATE START AND INTERVIEWS

  • Holiday: 4 weeks plus bank holidays (closed between Christmas and NY
  • Based in Shere, Surrey
As an Office Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the overall efficiency of all services. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, helping to createa positive and organized working environment.
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming manner, answering enquiries, and providing general information about services.
  • Document Management: Assist in the organization and maintenance of documents, contracts, and client records.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, agents, and team members, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Phone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and providing basic information when necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update information onto database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, handling emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
