Job Description

We are working with a thriving company who, due to continued growth, are looking for an Administrator to join their team. As part of the Business Support Team the Administrator will report into the Office Manager providing general administration and assist with organising team meetings, away days and events.This is a varied role providing support to head of departments such as diary management, email communication and taking minutes in meetings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administration support to the Office Manager and the Senior Team
  • Assist with organising team meetings, away days, events and exhibitions.
  • Co-ordinating meetings with suppliers/third parties, booking hotels, conferences.
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses.
  • Providing support for Heads of Departments such as diary management, assisting with email comms on their behalf, liaising with team members.
  • Taking notes at team meetings, preparing internal briefing packs, project operation manuals and monthly reports.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
  • Previous office admin experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise workload
  • IT literate, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
