Youre a driven, self-motivated Account Manager, ideally based along the M4 corridor, and proud of your networking/client management skills. Youll be a commercially driven, consultative individual selling bespoke and "off the shelf" products. We are openon your background although with us youll be selling and partnering with both public and private hospital departments.BASIC SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000BENEFITS:· c£4,000 - £5,000 Bonus · 24 Days Annual Leave · Car AllowanceLOCATION: This is a field based role, youll be covering the M4 corridor, working from home, with the requirement to travel to our head office in Northampton once quarterly.COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Cheltenham, Reading, Swindon, Oxford, Slough, Newbury, Basingstoke, GuildfordJOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager, Healthcare (Public & Private)Reporting to the Head of Sales, youll be instrumental in the continued growth of the patch (c£350k last year). Building on strong foundations youll network through each client to ensure where possible there are sales across the range. Your consultative, partnershipstyle and approach will be key to your success.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Manager, Healthcare (Public & Private)· Time split between 70% account management and 30% new business. · Managing, growing and networking through 100+ hospitals across the South East · Targeting Orthotic, Fracture, Physiotherapy clinics/departments, creating relationships with a range of clinicians and clinical specialisms. · New business focus on the private sector. · Conduct regular and targeted market activities using our CRM, continually growing and improving the accuracy and relevancy of the data. · Provide training on our stock and bespoke manufactured class II medical device products. · Organise and represent the company at Local and National Healthcare Tradeshows.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Account Manager, Healthcare (Public & Private)This Account Manager role requires a consultative solution sale, so youll be able to ask the right questions to establish the clients needs and position our products in the most cost effective way possible. Youll have a genuine trusted advisor/ partnershipapproach to your sales.Were open to different business to business backgrounds/experiences, however, if you have knowledge of the NHS or particularly orthopaedics, orthotic, or rehabilitation this would be an added bonus, but, as long as your approach is customer centric, youllfit right in!Youll have the ability to: · Demonstrate how you have networked via existing clients to build new business, as well as experience in maintaining those accounts. · Exhibit a solution oriented, consultative approach, with credible and professional communication skills. · Evidence commercial awareness - the ability to negotiate pricing and ensure strategic goals are achieved.Most importantly, youll be pro-active and self motivated, with strong initiative, someone whos able to generate new business and follows up on opportunities.COMPANY:We are a well-established family run business based in Northampton and have been operating on a global scale for over 50 years.
