First line / 1st Line / helpdesk to provide technical support queries via phone & email. This role will be based onsite in Farnham but may also involve on-site visits to other locations around Surrey / Hampshire area.Knowledge of the following technologies would be advantageous: Active directoryand Group Policy, Windows Server and associated domain infrastructure, virtualenvironment management, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, website development,Check Point configuration.
