We are currently rated Ofsted Outstanding, have TEF silver and are a multi-award winning organisation. We operate a wide portfolio of trading brands, have a large geographical reach and serve over 15,000 learners.We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Vice Principal to join GIFHE as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the GIFHE Principal and Deputy CEO, the Vice Principal will assist in leading the College to achieve outstanding student success and the development and implementation of the strategic plan and objectives.Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is a background in delivering and improving core provisions including FE, HE and Community Provisions.Applicants must have a significant and successful educational track record of strategic leadership and a management at a senior level in a large, complex educational environment. You will be a respected and inspirational leader and have extensive experience of building valuable and influential relationships with individuals and organisations at a local and national level.
