Job Description

Are you a Customer Service professional looking for their next role We have an exciting opportunity to work within client operations with one of the UKs leading commercial vehicles and trailer rental company. This is a full time, permanent role based in Grimsby working MondayFriday 8am-6pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am-2pm. With a salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.As Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers at the front desk and will act as the first point of contact for customers and clients via phone and email. The role will involve scheduling and planning for the rental fleet as well as job card creation and scheduling in annual MOTs for the fleet. You will contact customers to book in work, liaise with customers and update progress of jobs and completion times. Alongside these duties, you will assist with emergency vehicle breakdowns and coordinate call out jobs during office hours. You willassist with general administration and monitor a service email inbox consistently.We are keen to talk to candidates with strong communication and comprehension skills as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate the ability to multitask and possess strong organisation skills as well as good time management.
