While adding value to their business, our client is increasingly acknowledged as a premium consumerbrand.Key responsibilities:Developing and maintaining customer relations as part of an international team with the progression of sales orders from initial enquiry to final despatch on time.Working with the production plan to arrange transport via freight forwarders to achieve despatch on time.Efficiently liaising with both the sales team and banks on letter of credit business.Creation of documentation for presentation to customers and banks in a timely manner.Processing of sample requests for new customers.Organising the movement of our clients main raw material, imported wood pulp, from UK quay to factory.Our clients ideal candidate:Proven experience and knowledge of freight forwarding ideally encompassing all geographical regions.Excellent understanding of INCOTERMS, Letter of Credit, import/export rules with intricate financial requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, structured and analytical with high integrity and a excellent work ethicA team player with excellent planning, organisational and problem resolution skills with a proactive mindsetWhy work for our client:Be an integral part of a profitable business.Opportunity to work for an environmentally sustainable business, using recycled and renewable resources to produce specialty products.
