Job Description

Salary: £22k-£28k (DOE)Grafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading company who are looking for an Purchasing Administrator to work in their North East Lincs office.The role:

  • Using SAP to review Purchase Order Requisitions and converting them into Purchase Orders to ensure Raw Materials and Consumables are available as required.
  • Make sure all Purchase Orders are Acknowledged or Confirmed by vendors.
  • Expedite or de-expedite purchase orders as per inventory requirements.
  • Monthly Safety Stock review and setting.
  • Communication of Inbound Purchase Orders Deliveries internally and to 3rd party partners
  • Receipt Purchase Orders into SAP.
  • Manage all Purchase Order linked paperwork, saving them into the online repository. Such as Delivery Notes, Certificates of Analysis and Invoices.
  • Work with Account Payable and Vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Liaise with the Central Purchasing to report Forecast, Usages and Pricing requests. Communicating demand issues and to negotiate Strategic Stock Holding.
  • Provide Supply Chain Manager with Inventory/Delivery KPIs.
