Job Description

Purchase Ledger ClerkGrimsbyUp to £25,000Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering an innovative, forward-thinking FMCG business based in Grimsby to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business and help implement new processes. The successful candidatewill be responsible to ensure accurate administration of all Purchase Order Processing, invoice posting and supplier payments. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who works well in a fast paced environment looking for their next career move. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coding and matching delivery notes to PO numbers
  • Registering and posting supplier invoices
  • Resolving any queries by liang with different areas of the business
  • Review and maintain a tidy ledger
  • Completing monthly submission of the levy returns
  • Reconciling supplier statements
Requirements:
  • Solid experience within a high volume purchase ledger environment
  • Keen eye for details with the ability to manage own work load
  • Have an adaptable attitude and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • You will have a proactive approach, be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills. but also have the ability to work comfortably on your own.
