Job Description

We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join this busy 4-surgery practice in Grimsby.

  • Located within a busy medical centre just a short distance from the town centre, with on-site free parking and close to local transport links
  • With a longstanding core team of 16 including 6 clinicians and 9 qualified dental nurses
  • With 4 surgeries, the practice already offers a great mix of NHS and private treatments and with the upcoming introduction of short-term orthodontic treatments there is huge potential for further revenue growth
  • This is an ideal practice for an aspiring manager to step into the dental industry or to develop your current dental career even further

As a Practice Manager you will be;
  • Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
  • Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  • Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  • Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
