Along with taking over the day to day running of the business, you’ll be maintaining its strong track record and continuing to build on its success.The core to your role will involve ensuring all the workforce teams are logistically deployed correctly and delivery on client’s expectations.Along with taking responsibility for client relationship management to include meetings and service reviews, covering up to the Scottish Borders, Yorkshire, the North West and LincolnshireNetworking and sourcing new business opportunitiesManaging and ensuring strict adherence to governing bodies to include RSPCA, Red Tractor and GLAATaking the lead in terms of internal and external auditsEnsuring weekly operational deadlines are achieved, from reporting, payroll, fleet management and invoicing, all supported by a small team.This is such a golden opportunity to take a successful business to the next level, yes it a hands-on role, from dealing with day to day logistics and workforce issues, to managing, reviewing and building the client base, along with ensuring the daily effective operational management.
