Are you looking foraPERMANENT MACHINE OPERATORposition A well established global packaging manufacturer has huge opportunities at their site in Healing (DN37)for Machine Operators with immediate starts on aPERMANENTbasis! Due to the location your own transport is preferred. As a permanent employee for this progressive company you will start on £22,360 per annum (£10 per hour) which will rise to £10.50 per hour within 3 months! Excellent benefits include paid overtime, fantastic subsidised canteen, free parking, lockers, bike to work scheme, pension and health shield scheme!Working 7 Days over a 14 Day Period as follows:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Days: 5.45am-6pm (0545-1800)Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday Days: 5.45am-6pm (0545-1800)Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights: 5.45pm-6am (1745-0600)Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday Nights: 5.45pm-6am (1745-0600)As MachineOperatoryou will be trained in all aspects of setting and running of conversion, pre press and lamination machines. You will be running one machine producing food packaging, ensuring all waste is separated appropriately, carryingout quality checks and completing production documentation accurately and on time as well as updating the computer system accordingly. We are keen to hear from applicants with previous experience of operating production machinery, ideally within a packaging or production environment who arereliable and committedwith good time keeping, looking for a role with a prestigiousemployer in the area where they can grow long term.
