The school wants to meet a Graduate Academic Mentor who has excellent subject knowledge and versatile communication abilities. This post requires an Academic Mentor who has a good knowledge of the National Curriculum and the skills to convey this to pupilsin a fun and exciting manner.The school are looking for an Academic Mentor who aspires to become a Teacher, with the possibility of teacher training for the right candidate! This position is ideal for a driven Graduate who would like to challenge themselves by leading small interventionclasses designed to support pupils who struggle in the classroom. The successful Academic Mentor will also be running booster classes for the more able students to extend their learning. There will be the opportunity for the chosen Academic Mentor to leadwhole class teaching in the absence of the class teacher.This is an excellent chance to expand your skills by joining the process of lesson planning and preparation.
