Job Description

Export AdministratorOffice based roleLocation: StallingboroughSalary: £18k-£20k (Dependant on experience)Hours: Mon-Fri / Office hoursGrafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a successful, leading company who are looking for an Export Administrator to work in their busy Stallingborough office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate / entry level candidate to kick start theircareer in Shipping and Logistics.The role:

  • Inputting bookings onto the system
  • General Administration duties
  • Liaising with clients and shipping companies
  • Planning exports
  • Answering calls/emails/any queries
  • Export operations and Export Administrator
  • Customer Service
You will need:
  • To communicate efficiently and express your ideas clearly and confidently at all levels verbally, in print and via the telephone
  • Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on own initiative
  • Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
  • Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually looking for better ways of doing things
  • IT Literate
