We are currently recruiting 5 x Customs Clearance Operators for a local logistics business in Immingham. We are seeking professional and analytical candidates for five temporary to permanent positions based in Immingham. The pay rate/salary is negotiatable dependent on experience. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 0800-1700 and Immingham is commutable from Grimsby, Louth, Scunthorpe and Hull. This role is a temporary to permanent position.We are seeking five Customs Clearance Coordinators who will be managing the process of calculating and processing customs clearances including duties and taxes. Issuing correct documents on behalf of the customer to ensure that consignments are Customs cleared effectively and to deadline. Build good understanding of all relevant customs related laws and able to advise customers on import/export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements and all other matters related to Customs.
