Office AdministratorJob DescriptionWe are a busy Construction company. We require a self-motivated person to be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support within a small office.Duties· Provide administrative support to our Directors.· Prepare Client quotations using Microsoft Word and Excel.· Create specifications and costings using Excel spreadsheets.· Create, respond and reply to dictated Client emails and correspondence using Googlemail.· Print, forward and file structural drawings.· General filing of quotations, correspondence and drawings using paper and electronic filing.· Input data and costings to maintain our Hilti Tool Database.· Update and maintain our Health and Safety documentation.· Answer the telephone and take/respond to detailed messages.· Arrange meetings and maintain the Directors diary.Experience· Previous administrative position within the Construction industry would be advantageous.· Must be competent with Microsoft Excel, as you will be required to create and use formulae.· Numerate with excellent spelling, grammar and presentation skills (Microsoft Word).· Prioritise your own workload as occasionally, you will be required to work unsupervised.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
