Theatre Practitioner - Cardiac £35,000pa + Enhancements & BenefitsManchesterLINQ Healthcare is working alongside a leading provider of independent healthcare in the North West who have the opportunity for a Theater Practitioner to join their Cardiac teambased in their fantastic hospital in Manchester. They have a wide array of medical and surgical treatments and proceduresand make everyone feel safe.The ideal candidate will be able to deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care. To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.To beconsidered for the Lead Theatre Practitioner position you must have :Registered Practitioner with NMC registration or HCPC RegistrationMinimum 3 years experience in coordination, ordering, first assistant, mentor, over view of leading othersAdditional skillsin recovery and anaesthetics.Understanding of cranial surgery would be desirableILS.Mentorship qualificationDuties of this role involve being able to:Assist in the delivery of patient care.Contribute to quality improvement.Develop and enhance the skills andknowledge of others and selfApply legislation, policies and procedures correctly.Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act.
