Job Description

Job IntroductionOur Skanska Costain STRABAG joint venture team is working in partnership with HS2 to deliver the new London tunnels from Euston to West Ruislip. Our joint venture team is working on sites at Euston, Old Oak Common and West Ruislip, building tunnels 13 mileslong and up to 50m deep, supporting delivery of HS2 phase one.We are looking for aTechnical Process engineerto join ourHS2team onsite inLondon. You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of a section of works of the larger project.Role Responsibility To support the Technical Process and Modelling Lead in the development and implementation of the process improvement initiatives within the project Coordinate process modelling activities and appropriate workshops with owners Undertake activities such as process modelling, analysis, role analysis, work product analysis and task analysis Contribute to the continued improvement of the processes and systems for Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning and Handover in collaboration with delivery teams, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the employerThe Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working at equivalent level in a multi-disciplined project environment
  • Practical experience delivering programs following an agile approach
  • High level knowledge of roles, processes and dependencies involved in a large scale multi discipline, multi organization programmes
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate concepts to variety of audiences
