  • Building clear and concise project plans in line with the overall project objectives.
  • Development of straightforward plans that allow project team members or stakeholders to be organised and motivated to complete.
  • Setting realistic timelines and providing clear communication to everyone to deliver the project within timelines and budget.
  • Maintaining effective communication across functional work streams to ensure the project areas are aligned.
  • Identification and analysis of project risks and issues, allowing mitigation and actioning of corrective measures.
  • Creating comprehensive and relevant reporting to document project execution, progress and completion.
  • Build networks to identify future capabilities and technologies for enhancing service, cost efficiencies or working capital.
This is a remote-based role with ad-hoc travel for team & business meetings.You should be based in the UK and our Head Office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire.This means you could be from areas such as Blackburn, Bolton, Bradford, Burnley, Buxton, Chester, Doncaster, Halifax, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Macclesfield, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham, Oldham, Preston,Rochdale, Rochdale, Rotheram, Sheffield, Stockport, Stretford, York.You:Youll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and logical approach to problem-solving. Youll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Supply Chain team and youll thrive on delivering excellent results.Required skills and competencies:
  • A good understanding of Supply Chain technologies and best practices, or a desire to learn what these are.
  • Logical and methodical approach to work.
  • A drive and desire to push forward and deliver excellence within your work.
  • Able to communicate with a range of people in a clear and informative way that allows the listener to understand the benefit and the solution.
  • Supply Chain experience within an Omni/Multi-Channel business would be beneficial.
