This will be a challenging but rewarding role and an exciting opportunity for all new staff at this fantastic service. Overseeing Support Workers, our Senior Support Workers ensure thesupport team work in accordance with care plans for individuals with ABI (Acquired Brain Injury). Youll operate within the home and local community settings providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everythingwe do. At Voyage Care, we already have a number of specialist ABI rehabilitation services across the country, and we work intensively with multi-disciplinary teams to rehabilitate and provide on-going care and support for people with brain injuries and complexneeds. Requirements: Our Senior Support Workers are required to have a sound experience of supporting people with varying care needs, and are familiar with leading a team and managing responsibilities of the teams record keeping along with supervising theteam on a daily basis and bi-monthly supervision.
