Job Description Leading financial services firm requires BISO for security engagement. You will act as a key liaison and authoritative source of subject matter expertise for internal and external stakeholders in the context of security consultancy, third party security, and business enablement.Responsibilities;Collaborates closely with relevant stakeholders and product owners to ensure Security and Privacy Services continue to meet business demandIntegrate information security requirements into the procurement process using applicable baseline security controls and risk frameworksApply network security concepts and secure system design methods to new initiatives ensuring they are secure by designScope and manage security testing and due diligence exercises on initiatives ensuring they are compliant and within risk appetite before releaseEnsure new projects and initiatives include privacy by design to protect our data and maintain trust within the organisationReview new third party developed initiatives to ensure they are compliant with policies and UK regulationsCreate a metrics framework to capture customer feedback, measure the level and effectiveness of engagement and forecast demand in a comparative manner across all UK business areas, advocating a service-centred cultureAs an ideal candidate, you will have an industry certification such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC. You will also have a proven track record of delivering in a similar role and be able to establish a BISO function from a greenfield environment. Experience within banking / financial services is highly advantageous.
