Job Description

SC Cleared - Service Transition Manager (Inside IR35) We are currently recruiting for a Service Transition Manager role for The Ministry of Defence (MOD), a 5 month contract based in London or Corsham.This role will be Managing Business Change support to MODNET adoption and exploitation through the development of new Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016 Ways of Working tailored to specific MOD use case scenariosImagine having a talent that could benefit someone youve never met and solve problems you didnt even know existed.   • Manage Business Change support during migration, adoption and exploitation stages.
  • Determine the readiness levels of the department and existing suppliers and business users with regard to upcoming changes; Uncover readiness gaps in Business change and own action plans to close the gaps prior to go-live
  • Be an escalation point for the business for any business change issues or problems for MODNET Secret UK and overseas
  • Delivery of Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2016 stakeholder upskilling/training engagement and communication material and activities.
  • Assist in the management and delivery of business change elements of the MODNET SECRET and Overseas plans
  • Maintain configuration control and create and maintain MODNET knowledge base artefacts, Quick Reference Guides, Fact Sheets, Videos, User Experience Journeys, Webinars, briefing packs and training material required to support user adoption and exploitation of MODNET are promulgated through the MODNET Learning Hub and Comms Portal.
    • Youll have:
  • Valid and active SC clearance or above
  • Previous experience required in the delivery of business change in a complex multi-disciplined environment, providing business change management and support aligned with general change management methodologies
  • A working knowledge and practical experience of using Modern Sharepoint and Office365 applications.
