You will be dealing with matters from instruction to post completion as well as supervising a conveyancing assistant. THE CANDIDATEThe successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 3 years fee earning experience and ideally a relevant legal qualification. You will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of a transaction on properties including leaseholds, unregisteredproperties and shared ownership.
