Job Description

City Plumbing are looking to recruit a truly influential Regional Manager who can demonstrate vision and the ability to lead from the front.This role sits within Manchester and South Yorkshire you will be covering branches in the surrounding area.As a successful Regional Manager you will drive ambitious growth through proven people engagement and strategic management skills, whilst focusing on the safety of our team and customers..The Role:The Regional Manager will support the Regional Operations & Sales Director and the Branch Managers will report directly into the Regional Manager. The Regional Manager is responsible for establishing best practice, championing change and improving engagementwhilst at the same time having direct accountability for their Branch Managers and their teams to achieve outstanding results whilst developing people and implementing the Divisional Safety Strategy.The RM role is focused on doing what matters for customers by providing first class support to help the Regional Operations & Sales Director deliver financial and operational targets, through sharing best practice, identifying improvement opportunities,developing capability, leading change and driving a high performance.Principle Accountabilities:

  • Operational Safety and the delivery of our stay safe strategy and culture
  • Effective implementation of the companys strategic business plan
  • Focus on developing and delivering excellent customer service
  • Working directly with the Branch Managers:
  • Devise business improvement plans to drive performance
  • Ensure all branch systems and processes are audit compliant
  • Effectively manage stock control and range reviews to maximise potential opportunities
  • Colleague engagement, career development and succession planning
