Supporting the Hospitals and Complex Care division, you will provide support to Home Managers and Hospital Directors across the UK, looking at theirpermanent staffing needs and reducing agency requirements. This is a home-based role, allowing you to take ownership of the recruitment process for nursing and care staff. The divisions Recruitment Manager will support you to develop your practice and work with you to ensure that you are deliveringan exceptional service to our hiring managers and candidates.NEED TO HAVE 12 months recruitment experience in social care Ability and motivation to provide an exceptional recruitment service from home Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)Exceptional communication and organisation skillsNEED TO KNOW Understanding of recruitment process and necessity for maintaining contact with both candidates and hiring managers Knowledge of home/social care sector NEED TO DO Liaise with home managers,hospital directors, divisional directors, and administrators to understand each home or hospitals recruitment needs Develop understanding of Barchesters USPs and promote these in all aspects of the role Ensure vacancies are advertised where appropriateReport vacancy figures to Recruitment Manager Resource nurses and carers across job boards and social media Screen candidates with enthusiasm to assess their suitability for each position Support candidates and home administrators throughout the pre andpost-offer process to minimise withdrawals Contact new starters throughout their first 3 months to support retentionIf you are looking to develop a career with an employer that is supportive and offers progression opportunities, Barchester is an empoweringand rewarding place to be.
