Were on the lookout for a 2 PQE + Real Estate Lawyer to add some flair to our stellar team.The Team: Picture this - a powerhouse Real Estate Division with nearly 200 members, including 7 partners and 29 other brilliant minds, all based in Manchester. Were not your average team; we bring a commercial and business-oriented approachto property matters, advising giants like Peel, Bruntwood, and National Grid. Plus, were all about the latest tech, from Orbital Witness to HighQ.What to Expect in This Role: Get ready for a rollercoaster of real estate excitement! From commercial options to net zero projects, youll be managing large-scale projects, utilizing cutting-edge legal tech, and working closely with ourParalegal division. Youll be the superhero our clients need, providing timely and quality advice while managing expectations like a pro.Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise: To rock this role, you need:

  • 2 years + experience in commercial property and Real Estate matters, but with a hunger for a new energy sector-focused challenge.
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition to tackle clients legal challenges head-on.
  • Stellar stakeholder management skills and a track record of engaging with everyone from interns to executives.
  • A consultative and thorough approach to tasks – no detail escapes your eagle eye.
  • Confidence in drafting documents that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
