Job Description

Programme Test Manager // £75,000 // Fully Remote // ConsultancyXpertise Recruitment are helping a key consultancy client in the search for a new Programme Test Manager. The role has come about as a result of numerous client wins and new projects taking flight. In the role, you will be working on projects with multi-millionpound budgets, multiple stakeholders and multiple work streams. Generally fully hands off, responsible for test governance and driving key reports to deliver.The key traits for being successful in this position are: communication, stakeholder management, resilience, time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation.A few reasons to be interested:

The key requirements include:
  • Significant understanding of robust test approaches across all test disciplines. (Note, technical hands-on skills are not mandatory, but an understanding is helpful)
  • Very strong problem solving, and strategy identification skills are required
  • Strong experience of defect management processes and experience of driving defect decisions at defect board level prior to go-live decisions
  • Strong understanding of environment management processes in order to help drive and manage environment usage
  • Very strong risk and issue capture and management skills
  • Very strong communication skills at all levels of the business
  • People management with good conflict management skills
