You will be joining a team who assists clients with a range of complex requirements to include, families, business owners, entrepreneurs,sports professionals, entertainers, and medical professionals. You will have a substantial client following along with strong business development credentials. Expertise in charity law, residence and domicile issues, income tax and capital gains tax adviceare desired but not essential.THE CANDIDATE:As a qualified Solicitor, you will have gained a minimum of 8+ years experience within a busy Private Client department and will be able to demonstrate a quality-driven mindset. The appointed partner will have extensive experience advising HNW and UHNW clientson estate and succession planning, lifetime inheritance tax mitigation, the formation, administration and taxation of trust structures and Family Investment Companies, and estate administration.
