Youll collaborate closely with the HR team, making a real impact on the organisations success.About The Role:As the Payroll/Benefits & HR Assistant, you will be at the forefront of supporting the HR Business Partner team supporting the requirements of their global portfolio of business lines as required.You will manage monthly payrolls, handle benefits administration, and deliver data reporting. Collaborating with the HR Assistant (Generalist), youll be the go-to person for colleague inquiries and third-party communications. When not on payroll duty, youllsupport the HR Business Partner team with various employee life-cycle aspects. Get ready for a dynamic and rewarding adventure!What You Will Need to be Successful:The ideal candidate will be numerate and must have proven and recent experience of payroll and benefits administration and coordination with third party vendors. You will have previous experience within a generalist HR environment and ideally within a globalmulti-site, multi-business operation is required.
