Administrator| OrthTeam Centre | Didsbury | Full Time - Permanent We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent and full-time basis. You will be part of an essential business support function providingan accurate and efficient customer service experience whilst ensuring the smooth running of the OrthTeam Centre departments and a high level of customer care. The OrthTeam Centre (OTC) is a brand-new Outpatients and Diagnostic private facility which openedin September 2019. This exciting joint venture between OrthTeam Consultants and Spire Healthcare is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to join a new team and be part of developing Musculoskeletal service, including: Orthopaedic, Neurosurgical andNeurological assessments Peripheral nerve injury assessments Pain Management Sports and exercise medicine assessments Sports cardiology assessments 3T MRI Fluoroscopy guided injections Digital X-ray Diagnostic Ultrasound Duties & Responsibilities To be multiskilled in the use of in-house computer applications providing flexibility within the role and possess the ability to investigate and resolve customer enquiries. To deal with enquiries from patients, staff and visitors in a courteous, timely and efficientmanner. This may be by face to face or telephone. To accurately maintain the departmental filing systems and carry out routine photocopying of required documentation. To practice and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times and exercise absolutediscretion in the use of all patient/consultant and staff information.
