Job Description

Hourly rate: £17.19 Multi Skilled OperativeLondon- Kensington Road Full Time Permanent.Salary up to £17.91 per hour, plus, company van & fuel card.We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length ManagementOrganisations and Housing Associations.About the Role:As an Multi Skilled Operative you will be working with London Brough council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.(Edit above text to reflect your specific branch and customer base.A Multi Skilled with our Octavia branch. You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenancetask. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are keyRole Criteria:

  • Great customer service
  • General multiskilled operative experience
  • Own tools
  • Willingness to support tenants with concerns.
  • Working as part of a larger team
