Loan Kit Coordinator£27,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)PERMANENT - FULL TIMEAre you a Loan Kit Coordinator looking for an exciting new challenge, or maybe an instrument coordinator looking to step into something slightly more stimulatingOUR CLIENTFromcomplex care to straightforward procedures in both adults and children, we provide exceptional care across our world-class hospitals, clinics, outpatient and diagnostics centres, and partnerships.About the roleWere looking for an enthusiastic loan kit coordinator,to oversee the end-to-end management of all loan kits that are required for procedures within hospital environment. Loan kits plays critical role in providing prosthesis, instruments and consumables in time for cases.Along with logistics of the Loan Kits,ensuring timely processing the relevant documents in order to ensure payment to the vendors, the Loan Kit Coordinator will play a vital role. Detailed responsibilities and duties are outlined below.Working Monday - Friday either 8-4 or 9-5 (rare Saturdaysare required with day off in week)Accept delivery of loan equipment and ensure accuracy of delivery information on arrival and departureUnpack and thoroughly check instrument sets and prosthesis against vendor delivery note. All sets to be photographed onarrival and prior to departure and saved in evidence folder with accurate date gathering for discrepanciesLiaise with the relevant nurse or colleague immediately if missing instruments are notedCheck the theatre list on a daily basis, and liaise with theatresto obtain the information to ensure that all loan kits required for surgery have been requested for upcoming procedures in time.About YouWe are looking for a Loan Kit coordinator that can bring a positive attitude, with some good experience into an alreadythriving hospital.
