Your future duties and responsibilitiesThe Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) are continuing with the next stage of their ambitious digitisation strategy which aims to transform the way they communicate with partners in the Criminal Justice System by enabling them to exchange structured data acrossnew interfaces. This will enable both the CPS and their partners to realise operational efficiencies, improve their workflow, and change the way in which information is used within their organisation. CPS has a number of projects that have a requirement fortwo experienced Performance Testers who can work with the project teams, business analysts to understand the business requirements, define the key tests that need to be executed, and then run performance tests against these.The successful candidate should have experience in setting up, executing, and reporting on performance tests and tools such as LoadRunner Key duties and responsibilities: Working with the business analyst to understand the business requirements and to identify the test scenarios that will be needed to demonstrate these have been achieved From the test scenarios understand the tests & test data that will need to be created to demonstrate these scenarios and to ensure the scope of the tests are fully defined. Design and set up the tests & test data using performance testing tools such as LoadRunner. Reporting your results to your test and team lead. Being able to work well with Business Analysts, Developers & DevOps, both in determining test scope and the resolution of issues will be key.
