There is always someone available to help and support your learningWhat you will do as a Lead Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP): Work closely with the Theatre Manager to provide visible, clinical, and professionalleadership to the theatre team promoting a positive and cohesive teamwork. You must have demonstrable scrub or anaesthetics experience. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day management within theatres, coordinating staff training needs and ensuringall necessary equipment is available and in working order. You must be NMC or HCPC registered with proven leadership experience within Scrub and/or Anaesthetics.
