Role: Lead Theatre Practitioner - OrthopaedicsLocation: Northwood, LondonSalary: Upto £44k plus benefitsHours: 37.5 per week, various shifts available MediTalent Group are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art, 42 bedded private hospital in the Northwoodarea of London for a Lead Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedics. This hospital specialises in more complex cases than some private hospitals so you will ideally have worked within scrub, anaesthetics or recovery for major surgeries including orthopaedics. Youwill ensure the safe delivery of patient care and you will lead and manage a team of staff and coordinate their training needs. You will ensure that best practise is maintained in line with hospital policies and procedures. You will report into the theatremanager and be in charge of the more junior members of the team.The ideal candidate will have worked within a senior position for a few years and ideally hold a SFA qualification and a mentorship certificate.
