Lead Theatre Practitioner£39,500pa + Enhancements & BenefitsManchester LINQ Healthcare is working alongside a leading provider of independent healthcare in the North West who have the opportunity for a Lead Theater Practitioner to join their fantastichospital in South Manchester. To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.To be considered for theLead Theatre Practitioner position you must have :Registered Practitioner with NMC registration or HCPC RegistrationMinimum 3 years experience in coordination, ordering, first assistant, mentor, over view of leading othersAdditional skills in recovery andanaesthetics.Understanding of cranial surgery would be desirableILS.Mentorship qualificationDuties of this role involve being able to:Assist in the delivery of patient care.Contribute to quality improvement.Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of othersand selfApply legislation, policies and procedures correctly.Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act.
