Do you have experience recruiting within a finance specialism Are you available quickly for a fixed term contract up to 6 monthsAshley Kate are delighted to be working with a well established, growing and exciting business as they expand their team and recruit for an Interim Talent Specialist supporting 4 offices in the North. With a main base in Manchester, the role can be split across home working and 2 days in their new Manchester office.Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will be joining a busy, fast paced function and team of 4 Talent specialist, who offer a fantastic inclusive, supportive and friendly culture. You will be joining a business who strive for excellence, who are passionate about their people and service!This candidate will focus on managing the full end to end recruitment process across 4 offices, predominantly finance opportunities right up to senior Exec level. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a number of divisions, making key decisionsin managing the recruitment process for their vacancies as they grow. This person will be responsible for managing the ATS systems and advertising roles on local job boards, candidate attraction via social media platforms, Agency liaison and choosing your suppliers and which avenues to recruit through. You will be responsiblefor the candidate journey and candidate pipelines for future opportunities. You will manage the recruitment process right up to induction and on boarding, managing high volumes, this is an exciting and fast paced role!We are looking for:Previous experience recruiting within a financial space is absolutely essential for this role!
