ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCEDHRCONSULTANTLOOKING FOR A STEP UP TO HR MANAGERThis is a huge opportunity and would be perfect for an ambitiousHR Consultantwith excellent HR experience who isready for the next step, see full details below:HR MANAGERMANCHESTER Up to £45,000 Hybrid working offeredREED HR are currently working with a highly successful Fashion Brand and a fantastic company to work for, they are recruiting an experienced HR ManagerThis is a huge opportunity and would be perfect for an ambitious HR Advisor ready for the next step.This will be a stand-alone role, setting up the HR department and we will require someone with the knowledge and confidence to do this.If you have previous experience within any of the following HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Consultant, ER Advisor or HRBP and are looking to for a new role within a growing company, then send your CV in for immediate consideration ASAP!THE ROLE:

  • Providing HR guidance and advice to employees and managers
  • Implementing and executing HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Management of recruitment and selection process
  • Coaching managers on employee performance management
  • Identifying and coordinating training
  • Managing employee life cycle
  • Implementing wellbeing and engagement incentives
  • Managing monthly payroll with external payroll provider
  • Supporting managers in investigatory, disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings
  • Facilitating new starter onboarding process
  • Assisting managers in managing short and long-term absence
  • Producing and monitoring monthly HR KPIs and metrics
  • Monitoring HR budget
THE PERSON:
  • A friendly and approachable people person
  • Worked within Fashion or similar sector an advantage
  • 3+ years experience working in HR
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Able to easily build and maintain relationships
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, leading the HR function
  • Able to work well under pressure and to changing priorities
  • Experience working in a SME is desirable
