We are exclusively recruiting for an HR Advisor/generalist for this highly successful manufacturing organisation who have seen 13% growth in the past year. You will be managing a team of 2 and also have involvement in a number of projects.Ideally you will be CIPD 5 qualified or equivalent have worked in a generalist role and are looking for your next career move. You will need to be resourceful, tenacious and want to bring new ideas and solutions to the team who are currently transitioning from a manual Hr process to a much more streamlined approach utilinsg technology. They are looking for someone wo is ambitious and wants to progress within their HR career and will support the successful candidate to achieve CIPD level 7.The hours are 37 hours a week and there is flexibility to work from home, they offer 25 days holiday and cont pension scheme.
