Job Description

HR ADVISORMANCHESTER CENTRE £40,000 BASIC + EXCELLENT BENEFITS HYBRID WORKING OFFREDREED HR are exclusively recruiting foran experienced HR Manager/ Senior Advisor to join a leading and highly successful business in the city centre.If you have previous experience within any of the following HR Manager, HR Officer, HR Consultant or HRBP and are looking to for a new role within a growing company, then send your CV in for immediate consideration ASAP!THE ROLE:

  • Consult with senior stakeholders to deliver new initiatives and HR projects.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organisations values and goals.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings and resolving grievances.
  • Provide specific advice on disciplinary, grievance and equality.
  • TUPE processes (in and out).
  • Act as investigating officer in disciplinary matters where appropriate and keeping notes of investigations conducted, making recommendations.
  • To collate and produce HR reports as required, analyse data, identify key trends and make recommendations based on what the data shows.
  • To manage the full performance management cycle, including probations and performance improvement plans.
THE PERSON:
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Experience of handling own employee relations cases; TUPE processes (in and out).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
